Responsibilities
Serve drinks and refreshments accurately and efficiently to customers at the bar
Take orders from patrons and relay them to the kitchen or bar team as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible ******* service
Handle cash transactions and operate the till with accuracy using basic maths skills
Restock supplies, glassware, and bar equipment regularly throughout shifts
Provide friendly, attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction
Assist in setting up and clearing down the bar area before and after trading hours
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is essential
Restaurant experience would be an advantage

Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
