We’re a team of retail pop-up builders, exhibition stand makers, designers, carpenters, cabinet makers and installers who create the memorable brand experiences you see in shopping centres, events, and major activations.
From luxury displays to custom joinery to massive exhibition builds — if it’s cool, clever, and custom, we’re probably building it.
We’re now on the hunt for a qualified Carpenter with at least 3 years of relevant work experience’’ ready to take on a hands-on, fast-moving, varied role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Review CAD drawings, joinery drawings and installation plans to determine materials, measurements and build methods for exhibitions, activations and commercial fit-outs.
Select timber, MDF, plywood, acrylic, aluminium and other materials, and prepare cutting layouts for CNC and manual fabrication.
Cut and shape materials using CNC machinery, power tools and hand tools, and assemble panels, frames, cabinetry and display components.
Work with mixed materials such as laminates, acrylic, polycarbonate, aluminium and metal components as part of integrated signage, joinery and display fabrication.
Build and install structural frameworks, platforms and support systems for exhibition stands, pop-ups and commercial environments, ensuring accurate alignment and stability.
Install cladding, feature panels, fascia elements, cabinetry components, fixtures, doors and integrated display elements across various project types.
Assemble custom joinery, cabinetry, retail fixtures and exhibition modules in the workshop, preparing all items for efficient on-site installation.
Create precise timber joints, including mitres, rebates, dadoes and CNC-cut joints, to ensure strong and accurate connections.
Construct formwork or specialised frames where required for customised activation builds or structural elements.
Repair, adjust or refurbish existing display structures, exhibition elements or retail fixtures during re-fits, installations or national tours.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A qualified Carpenter with at least three years experience
Someone who can read plans confidently and take ownership of a build.
Strong experience with workshop machinery and tools.
Comfortable doing both factory work and onsite installation.
Can work independently AND in a team on awesome, high-profile projects.
Takes pride in their work and has a great eye for detail.
Keen to learn, problem-solve and jump into a variety of creative projects.
