Apex is a diversified group in the construction industry, with expertise spanning various sectors, including building and construction, steel manufacturing, cabinetry, plumbing, scaffolding, earthworks, and so on. We are currently looking for a full-time Corporate Services Manager to join our executive team.
The successful applicant will play a key leadership role, responsible for providing strategic planning, operational support, and research, as well as delivering expert advice to senior management on administrative matters. This includes oversight of staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
Successful applicant is expected to deliver the following job duties:
Responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resource management issues and corporate services operations, and initiatives that concern the organization, and preparing associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to senior management
Advise on and manage financial matters, including overseeing financial operations within corporate services functions, and assist with budgets and financial projections
Develop policies, rules and guidelines for the whole organization, and responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive corporate security policy, ensuring effective governance and compliance across corporate services activities
Offer advice and support to senior management, contributing to the coordination and continuous improvement of corporate services functions
Negotiate on behalf of the organization and represent the company at public events
Analyse complex issues and conduct inspections to assess risks associated with the business, and develop solutions in the form of plans and strategies to support efficient corporate services and organisational operations
Prepare reports and submissions about the organization’s resources, corporate services performance, and operations
Help with staff management, including directing, managing and developing the capacity of administrative staff to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information, and ensure effective delivery of corporate support services
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 5–8 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of the construction industry
Advanced financial management and budgeting skills
Excellent project management skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in organisational planning and conflict resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (advantageous)
Pay: $95,000.00 – $153,012.60 per year
