Responsibilities of Associate Consultant/Consultant/Senior Consultant/Team Lead/Manager
0.6 years - 6 years of experience in direct recruiting, ideally with some fund/banking/technology experience.
She/he will be working on mid- and senior-level mandates that the firm receives from its global banking, financial services, and technology consulting clients.
The primary task will be to first understand the clients requirements for various technical and functional roles, identify potential candidates that would fit the requirements, and facilitate the entire hiring process—from search to joining.
This may involve coordination with the client recruiter/HR and business managers.
We make extensive use of search tools like job sites, social networking, internal and external databases, and targeted headhunting of desired profiles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, e.g., Taleo, is desirable.
The position calls for very high attention to detail, the ability to learn and educate oneself about clients' businesses, technical and functional skills for various roles in the search mandates, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
