Position Type: Full-Time
Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
Starting Wage: $31.75 per hour
Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $114,000.00 (including salary and bonuses)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to your team to ensure success.
• Develop action plans utilizing company resources to enhance operational results.
• Manage employee and customer concerns effectively, in collaboration with the district manager.
• Conduct interviews and recommend candidates for store positions.
• Supervise team performance and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Train and develop personnel to help them reach their professional potential.
• Evaluate work performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain safety standards and identify hazards in the workplace.
• Prepare and manage store schedules effectively.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate various equipment like pallet jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Work in changing temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
Job Qualifications:
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with team members.
• Strong independent and team leadership skills.
• Understanding of management principles to meet store goals.
• Customer service oriented with prompt and courteous interactions.
• Ability to operate store equipment and complete tasks efficiently.
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
• Ability to comply with company policies and legislation.
Education and Experience:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail and management is advantageous.
Travel:
Flexibility to train at multiple locations within the region is required.
