Soothi is a growing gift and stationery brand that brings to market handmade leather journals and other stationery items for those who love everything creative books, and paper.
You are a self-starter with excellent communication, business, and marketing skills who can thrive in an entrepreneurship environment. You are a solutions-oriented problem solver who can work quickly and deliver on quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for clear, consistent, and enticing communication of our Brand. This role will work directly with the Company's CEO to drive brand objectives for overall growth.
Social Media & Content
• Coordinate the content creation for all platforms
• Manage content sharing and monitor performance
• Manage social media conversations and communications (ie Twitter tweets, Instagram DMs, etc.)
• Launch social media affiliate and brand ambassador programs
• Ensure brand cohesiveness across all marketing communications
Paid and Affiliate Advertising
• Manage communication and initiatives with external partners, consultants and agencies
• Research and recommend new marketing methods for generating revenue
• Pull reports and monitor performance
Other
• Administer marketing budgets as assigned, ensuring that budget goals are met; as required meets revenue-generating goals through effective relationships with external vendors
• Manage the website updates and communications
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and local partnerships
• Coordinate with various agencies and consultants on different marketing functions
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
• Effectively manage daily administrative tasks
• Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in marketing or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects to integrate various marketing tools leveraged by the Company
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Canva, Shopify, and Klayvio is a plus
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Web analytics, and Google AdWords
• Solid written and verbal English language skills
Salary: Commensurate with experience range
