Full-Time Office Administator
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Accounts Receivable(A/R) and Accounts Payable(A/P), along with strong administrative and organizational skills. You'll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly and supporting various time-sensitive tasks. This is an in-office position located in Stouffville, Ontario. (not a public transit route)
Duties
Process and submit contracts in a timely manner for credit approval
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Handle A/R and A/P duties with attention to detail
Complete monthly report and assist with month-end close
Make general ledger entries as required
Support general office administration and clerical tasks
Meet monthly deadlines and manage tasks independently
Maintain punctuality and daily attendance
Communicate clearly and fluently in English (both spoken and written)
Collaborate effectively with a team and work well independently
DIS experience is a strong asset
Qualifications
Proven experience with A/R and A/P
Previous office administration experience preferred
Knowledge of general ledger entries and month-end reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Valid Driver's License preferred
Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work every day
DIS experience is a strong asset

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
