Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a team leader in the health insurance vertical at Policybazaar.com. The team leader will be responsible for team management, sales, customer service, and overseeing financial aspects related to insurance on a day-to-day basis.
Designation: Team Leader (On Roll)
Vertical: Term Insurance.
Working days: 6 (Saturday & Sunday is mandatory working)
• Team Management and Sales Skills
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Having team handling experience is preferred, where they handled the on-roll field sales team members.
• Having more than 3 years of experience in a team leader role.
• Having exposure in shrinkage & attrition.
