Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5hours per week

About Us:

Soliant has partnered with a district near Gilroy, CAto find a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. This full-time role involves assisting K-12 students in both special and general education environments, helping them grow academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with K-12 teachers and staff to support student growth.

Provide supervision in both special and regular education settings.

Assist in preparing educational materials.

Implement and support MTSS/Special Education behavior plans.

Offer direct instructional and executive functioning support.

Track and document student progress.

plete required annual safety care training.

Qualifications:

Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting.

Strong munication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of implementing behavior plans.

Passion for student growth and success.
