The full time role
Snooze Chadstone is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.
Hours
You will be working 38 hours a week , including agreed weekends, some public holidays as well as weekday work.
At Snooze, you will
Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service
Build rapport and foster long-term relationships
Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor
Enjoy fantastic training and learn about high quality beds and mattresses
You will bring
Experience in sales as an advantage (preferred)
A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- you are engaging
The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment- you work well independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
The capability to lift product on occasion
