Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant FULL TIME SECURITY GUARD to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention measures. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly valued.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and other security equipment
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action
Enforce company policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities
Assist in conflict management and de-escalation of potentially volatile situations
Provide first aid or CPR if necessary until professional medical help arrives
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies
Conduct loss prevention activities by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft
Qualifications
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred
Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are highly desirable
Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and alarm systems
Strong observational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally
Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)
