Job Description
- Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
- Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and beverages
- Opening bottles and pouring beverages
- Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
- Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing -
glasses
- Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines
- May recommend wines to complement food
- Assisting with cleaning, restocking stations, and sometimes training new staff
- Setting up or closing the restaurant and cleaning duties
- Deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens
- Liasing with other staff & manager
- Supporting other staff during busy shifts
- Printing Menus & Changing Pos Buttons
- Providing kitchen team with dietary requirement menus before service
We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, qualifications, training and experience.
Pay: From $1,178.00 per week
