We're Petstile (formerly Petsy Labs), a growing pet supplements brand seeking a skilled Video Editor specialized in direct response marketing.
Our focus is on creating compelling VSLs (Video Sales Letters) and short-form direct response content (psychologically based / convincing) .
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in direct response video editing and short-form content creation
2. Strong understanding of attention-grabbing hooks and leads for Meta ads
3. Experience with creating and optimizing video content for multiple conversion points
4. Learning fast / implementing instructions when given
5. Portfolio showcasing direct response video work or at LEAST explainer videos / good editing / storytelling (NO generic tiktok UGC please)
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Creating and editing video content like VSL leads (strong knowledge of attention -grabbing editing) an short-form video content like hooks or user-experience videos (short VSLs-hype, but not mentioning of products)
2. Learning from day-to day experience in direct response video editing

- Learns fast & needs around 8h to edit 2-3 min video ad
