Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-time filmmaker/editor who can capture and edit daily content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube, and help develop storylines around our expansion journey, brand building, production, and day-to-day BTS.
Responsibilities
Film daily content at stores, commissary, events, construction sites & pop-ups
Edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) quickly and creatively
Edit long-form weekly YouTube episodes (docu-series style)
Create story arcs from real-time brand activity
Manage media storage and content library
Help brainstorm creative ideas for storytelling & campaigns
Understand brand voice, emotion, and culture
Requirements
Strong experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras & audio
Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci)
Fast turnaround capability (same-day editing)
Good eye for storytelling & pacing
Experience with YouTube and social native editing styles
Ability to work independently and respond fast to content opportunities
Flexible schedule / availability on weekends
Bonus
Experience in documentary style content
Motion graphics skills
Understanding of social metrics and growth trends
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
