Full-Time Videographer & Video Editor (Malayalam Preferred)
Location: Nagavara, Bangalore
Work Hours: +:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Videographer + Video Editor who lives and breathes content — someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver high-impact videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Long-Form Content.
You’ll also work closely with the founder — capturing his daily thoughts, behind-the-scenes activities, events, and brand journey. This is not just a job, but an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving brand that values creativity, execution, and storytelling.
What You’ll Do:
Be with the founder daily, capturing his ideas, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
Shoot high-quality video content using iPhone or DSLR
Edit videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content
Add transitions, captions, B-roll, music, and effects
Collaborate on creative brainstorming for upcoming shoots and campaigns
Deliver content on quick turnaround deadlines
Stay updated with content trends, formats, and viral styles
What We’re Looking For:
Qualification = Passion (your creativity matters more than a degree)
Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile apps like VN/CapCut)
Owns a camera or iPhone with good video capability
Laptop for editing preferred
Experience in short-form and long-form content creation
Malayalees preferred, or must be able to speak/understand Malayalam
Eager to learn, grow, and be part of a purpose-driven brand
