Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
Process payments accurately using cash registers, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during peak hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Experience:
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
