Job Title: Fullstack Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing new features and improving our existing platforms. This position involves active contribution to the architecture, design, and development of both UI and backend functionalities. Your leadership will be essential in guiding and mentoring team members through technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in scrum ceremonies like story grooming and sprint planning, identifying technical risks and solutions.
• Own the end-to-end design, development, and support of significant software modules.
• Lead the technical integrity of multiple concurrent projects.
• Guide design activities and provide technical insights to other programmers.
• Implement and test complex code, conduct code reviews, and integrate features.
• Continuously seek opportunities to automate feature testing with measurable goals.
• Lead by example, nurturing an open and accountable team environment.
• Anticipate challenges and craft innovative solutions, welcoming change as an opportunity.
• Engage with the development community, sharing standard methodologies and leading initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience in engineering or master's or equivalent experience in computer science with 7+ years of proven experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• Proficient in web application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
• At least 6 years of experience in Java/J2EE web application development.
• Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design, focusing on user-friendly interfaces.
• Skilled in using Angular, RxJS, NgRx, and Bootstrap for responsive design.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Extensive experience with REST API integration.
• Minimum 1-year experience with GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with defining and implementing Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).
