Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to join our team. As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications from end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies and be able to work with databases, servers, and hosting environments. The ideal candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web-based applications from end-to-end
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Design and implement user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop server-side applications using back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, and Java
• Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases
• Manage hosting environments and deploy applications to production
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the code and in the hosting environment
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and ability to write and optimize SQL queries
• Experience with deployment and hosting environments such as AWS, Heroku, or DigitalOcean
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with mobile app development using React Native, Flutter or similar technologies
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
