Competency:FullStack Developer This position is for a Fullstack Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent chatbot applications that enhance user experience and streamline business processes. They must possess expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, including JavaScript frameworks, API integrations, and database management. The role requires proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) tools and frameworks to ensure the chatbot's conversational accuracy and effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate chatbot features seamlessly and address scalability and performance challenges. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an agile mindset, and a passion for creating innovative, user-centric solutions.Candidate should possess working knowledge of FullStack Technologies with- React, Angular, Vue.js as Frontend and Backend Python and good to have Node.js skills Key Skills Required: Strong programming skills in FullStack Technologies with- React or Angular or Vue.js as Frontend and Backend using Python or Node.js 5+ years of experience on developing and hosting chatbots on multiple channels (MS Teams, slack, SharePoint, web portal) 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying using either Azure or AWS services Familiarity with Generative AI services and RAG and Agentic applications. Experience with developing REST client services. Good to Have experience with chatbot development platforms and services (e.g., Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson). Key responsibilities include: Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbot UI using Frontend Frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement them Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences. Partner with Lilly business-facing IT teams developing new business applications based on the modern stack as well as modernizing existing applications Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis. Work closely with conversational UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly chatbot interfaces. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Science, Information Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in developing web applications, chatbot interfaces.
