FullStack Developer - MERN

Job DescriptionDeveloping user-facing applications using React.js. Building modular and reusable components and libraries. Optimizing application for performance. Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows. Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript and React.js space. Proposing any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices. Implementing custom plugins made in vue. Utilizing backend data services and contributing to increasing existing data services API. As a true teammate, continuously improve the team’s processes, brainstorm ideas, and communicate statuses, and progress. Mentor other people, provide feedback and grow as a part of the team. Learn new concepts and technologies. Drive engineering excellence and ensure teams are delivering high-quality results. Engage in interviewing for AddWeb and hire exceptional people. RequirementsFamiliarity with code versioning tools such as Git. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript. Be an expert in Agile product development/project management. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Communicate clearly and constantly with teams. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. Knowledge of React Native is a plus. Knowledge of Node.js and Mongodb Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and others.
