Full|Stack Developer | Python

Provide technical leadership to the team and guidance to the Director of Engineering. • Lead and participate in reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide solution architecture design. • Develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance end user experiences for customers and employees. • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, maintainability, testability, and efficiency) and quality of deliverables. • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback. • Triage, resolve, and determine root cause of production issues. Form action plans to prevent or minimize impact of the same issue in the future. The Skills You'll Need • 5 years of experience of full stack development using Django, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and modern UI frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, etc). • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in an industry setting. • 4 years of experience working in agile environment in an industry setting. • 5 years with Git workflow including pull requests. • 3 years of experience in a technical role leading agile teams, setting technical direction, and building employee engagement. • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
