Job DescriptionWriting Python scripts that are efficient, reusable and scalable Develop, test and maintain high-quality software using Python programming language. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions. Developing user-facing applications using React.js. Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript and React.js space. Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems. Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled. Build and integrate user-facing elements with back-end functionalities Design and develop back-end and user interface components Implement data security and protection within the application Integrate data storage solutions Design and implement reliable, low-latency, and highly performant applications Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write and document effective APIs Create security and data protection settings Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design RequirementsExperience with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or Pyramid. Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and tools. A working understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the Python community. In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
