Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Fullstack Developer with a strong background in React.js and .NET with
C# to join our team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and
maintaining web applications that play a crucial role in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate
will have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on building
scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
♦ Software Development: Design, develop, and implement web applications using React.js for
the frontend and .NET with C# for the backend.
♦ Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to
understand project requirements, propose technical solutions, and collaborate on the
development process including conducting peer code reviews.
♦ Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and code
refactoring initiatives to improve overall system architecture and maintainability.
♦ Unit Testing & Code Quality: Write unit tests, ensure compliance with code quality metrics,
performance, and security standards are met.
♦ Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
related to development and the overall progress in the US healthcare industry.
Requirements:
♦ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
♦ 4-6 years of professional experience in Fullstack development, with expertise in React.js,
JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and .NET with C#.
♦ Solid understanding of frontend development principles, including responsive design, UI/UX
best practices, and frontend frameworks/libraries.
♦ Experience with backend development using .NET technologies, including ASP.NET MVC,
Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server or similar databases.
♦ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and
DevOps practices.
♦ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment
