looking for an Implementation Engineer with Saas product experience.
Expertise in skillsets like Node.js, ReactJs, and integration frameworks like Zapier
or similar ones, combined SaaS product experience, would make you an ideal fit.

Role Type: Hands on
Responsibilities:
Work with the Cyber Risk Solutions Lead Analyst to implement solutions on
the company platform to meet the client needs.
Work with the Cyber Risk Solutions Lead Analyst and Sales Engineering
group to design and develop the custom apps and integrations inside
company platform – both generic and client specific.
Work with the Cyber Risk Solutions Analyst to contribute to the solutions
charter (room templates for different cyber user cases, custom apps and
integration) and execution.
Serve as the main point of contact for the technical aspects of the custom
apps and integrations.
Work with the product management team to ensure alignment to the
product roadmap and intended usage of the platform features.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to
customer objectives.
Continuously deliver cyber risk management and IR related training and
enablement sessions to customers and the internal teams.
Manage customer expectations and closely support challenging client
requests or issue escalations as needed.
Skillset:
5+ years of experience as a product implementation engineer in a
medium to large scale SaaS product organizations with experience in
either using or developing integration aspects of such products.
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in building production grade
back-end components using Node.js.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJs.
At least 2+ years of using integration frameworks like Zapier.
Excellent team player with strong intent on being culturally aligned.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with both non technical and technical audiences.
Strong experience with using Data to enable better risk management (You
must love data!).
Tech Savvy. Must learn quick and adapt to the use of new tools.Unlabeled graphic
Good to have:
Product experience in any risk related or cyber risk related products.
Domain experience in cyber incident response or cyber risk.
Experience in Analytics.Unlabeled graphic
