BeyondFinity Engineering is a technology startup that designs and delivers awesome cloud applications for global clients. We specialize in
transforming ideas into reality by building highly functional applications with Ruby on Rails. We are looking for full-stack RoR software developers with 2-4 years of experience with the following expectations:
Technology
● Ruby, Rails v5, 6 (v7 & Hotwire good to have)
● HTML, CSS
● Javascript, jQuery (TypeScript, React/VueJS/AngularJS good to have)
● MySQL/PostgreSQL
● Testing: rspec, capybara (cucumber/jasmine good to have)
● Deployment: Heroku, capistrano
● Git, Github
Process
● Familiarity with Agile, Scrum processes and roles
Skills
● Write readable, maintainable and scalable code
● Know OO design and patterns
● Design optimized database schema
● Self-learning and self-motivated
● Good and clear communication skills - both verbal and written
● Should be able to handle client communication
● Should be able to lead a team/project
What can you expect?
● You will work for startups (mostly from silicon valley)
● You will interact with startup CTOs and CEOs
● Immediate feedback/appreciation from clients who are entrepreneurs
● Great deal of exposure to how a product evolves from scratch to success
