Are you a Full-Stack Software Engineer looking to take your skills to the next level?
Our client is looking for a mid-level Developer to join their innovative Engineering department. The working structure for this is Hybrid with 1-2 days a week onsite, and 3-4 days remote (Depending on requirements). This role will involve working on large-scale Government projects using a range of technologies, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
This role requires all Software Engineers to gain SC clearance. Already having SC Clearence is an advantage, but not essential. British Citizenship is required for clearance purposes.
Key Skills:
• Back-end development (Java or Python)
• Front-end development mainly React or JavaScript / Angular
• Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git
• Secure DevOps Experience
• Software Virtualisation skills (Ideally Docker)
• Configuration control approach and proactive approach to software and API documentation
• Experience in Scaled Agile environments (Desirable)
Duties:
• Design and implement front-end and back-end components for web applications
• Design and Development of APIs
• Management and Implementation of DevOps environments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
