Job Description

Role Overview:

GenScript USA Inc. is looking for a full-time HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities, including but not limited to payroll, recruiting, and employee relations and organizing and coordinating HR policies and procedures. The intern will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, strategic environment where bold, innovative thinking is welcomed and encouraged. Major Responsibilities:

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

Screen resumes and application forms; schedule, confirm and set up interviews with candidates and coordinate new hire orientations

Qualifications

Key Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in human resources and other relevant disciplines
