Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Full-Time Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video editing techniques, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to transform raw footage into polished, professional videos. This role involves working closely with our marketing team to produce video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit raw video footage into engaging and high-quality videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and video scripts.
• Ensure all videos are aligned with our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the final product is free of errors and meets our standards.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing software, techniques, and trends to continuously improve our video content.
• Work with the marketing team to optimize video content for SEO and social media engagement.
• Assist in shooting videos when required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, sound, and lighting.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
• Knowledge of SEO and video content optimization is a plus.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 1.5+ years of professional video editing experience.
