Position Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at ZenContract, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and help them achieve their desired outcomes. Your role is crucial in building strong, long-lasting relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Training:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to ZenContract’s platform.
Provide assistance with customers initial setup.
Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use our solutions to meet their business objectives.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and strategic recommendations to help clients maximize the value of ZenContract’s solutions.
Customer Advocacy:
Serve as the voice of the customer within ZenContract, providing feedback to internal teams on client needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Advocate for client success by ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
Product Expertise and Support:
Maintain a deep understanding of ZenContract’s products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and enhancements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting their achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
MSP (Managed Service Provider) background is preffered
Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be willing to work with multiple time zones based on customer locations.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
