Job Description
Job role:
• Executing projects (subject to project size and complexity) - covering requirement gathering, BRD / FSD review, test case preparation, execution and documentation, post-implementation support. Regular status update
• Contribute to evaluation of the vendor efforts by senior functional analyst
• Study on vendor estimation
• With respect to POS terminal applications / New projects / Enhancements, preparing the Positive and negative test cases
• Testing the release given by vendor basis the test cases prepared and highlight failures / issues / bugs.
• Helping the Team leader sending the release documents to user group
• Addressing queries raised by respective team during new enhancement roll-out Production issues.
Key Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Merchant acquiring business and knowledge of POS terminal application functionality.
• Experience of POS terminal interchange certifications like ADVT, MTIP, RuPay certification and Diners Certification will be preferred.
• Knowledge of BASE I and BASE II processing and Knowledge of Switch systems like BASE 24.
