Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
• Works with customers or internal stakeholders to Understand solution requirements, define business requirements and create functional & technical specifications document
• Conduct requirement analysis and communicate insights from trends to help drive business decisions
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business requirement
• Identify Use Cases from the requirements document. Create UML Diagrams including Use Cases Diagrams, workflow diagrams (Activity Diagrams), and Sequence Diagrams, using MS Visio or a similar tool
• Prepare business needs into use cases, process flows, data flows, UI specifications, SRS/FRS and wireframes and other supporting requirement documentation
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
• Process the RFI and RFP till the closure stage
• Validate technical scope along with technical feasibility check
• Technical enough to estimate the requirements (of any Technology).
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements
• Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
• Support the Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide support at external and internal customer-facing events;
• Ensure detailed information transfer from the sales process to the implementation team after a contract has been signed
