Job Summary
Administrative, and reporting support for GFS.
The role involves being a central point of contact for Operations support for GFS.
• Coordinating with the teams to raise PO centrally for overall GFS.
• Support GBS on the Seat Management by periodic review and reconciliation.
• Property related (Car parking management), administrative and logistical support.
• MIS for Senior management relating to Operations and PO.
• Liaising with Vendors for invoice management and timely payment confirmation.
• Liaising with finance team for accruals and PO related accounting.
• Liaising with SCM team and Property team for smooth PO execution.
This role will work closely with GFS Unit Heads, GBS teams and stakeholders to manage all aspects of the above activities.

• Ability to provide first level Technology support to GFS staff.
• To ably support timely, accurate and regular status reporting and ongoing communication to management and key stakeholders.
• Participate and contribute in governance and control over Service review calls, headcount, SLA, recharges for GFS.
