Functional SME (Business Analyst)

identifying and basic troubleshooting Infrastructure and application issues proactively

· Provide RCA for Major Incidents as required

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents.

· Participate in emergency service and disaster recovery activities

· Willing to work on shifts and on-calls

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure and think analytically.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
