Job Type: Full Time
Location: Marion, South Australia
Start Date: Commencing Term 2 - 22 April 2026

Based at a prestigious private school in a new multi-million-dollar facility, this role offers a strong pathway for promotion for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Catering Manager, this hands-on position involves organising functions and supporting the delivery of a large, multi-functional catering operation across the campus. You will lead and manage a team to provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service across multiple locations.
Roster: Full-time hours during school terms, working 5 days out of 7.
The roster will vary depending on business needs and will include evening shifts and occasional weekends, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and manage a variety of functions
Deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests, students, and staff
Assist with rostering and supervision of a large team
Support the management of daily food service operations
Train staff and ensure site compliance standards are met
Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Passion for quality food and customer service
Versatile and able to work across multiple areas
Flexible with working hours
Strong commitment to team development and leadership
High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
Current Driver’s Licence and RSA
Chef qualifications advantageous but not essential
