Our fund administration team is a key player in the global fund industry. As a Fund Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes related to securities and portfolio/fund valuation for various client segments.

We use a robust and flexible platform that allows us to tailor our services to local needs and regulations. Our team of experts will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in this role.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of funds, including money market, equity, arbitrage, exchange-traded, and hybrid funds.

• Compute and reconcile NAV, checking income accruals, NAV movement, etc.

• Review bank and holding reconciliations and resolve breaks, if any.

• Process and verify all trades for the day processed in the system.

• Value/pricing of securities.

• Coordinate with clients for trades.

• Coordinate with Registrars for Unit Capital files and check/process the same in the system.

• Monitor email instructions for trades and other instructions, including custody instructions.

• Calculate income equalization and distributable surplus.

• Distribute NAV to press, Registrar, etc.

• Trial balance scrutiny.

• Audit coordination and finalization of accounts.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3-4 years of experience in mutual fund accounting and operations.

• In-depth knowledge of capital/financial/derivative markets.

• Understanding of various valuation tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
