Financial Accounting and Reporting Specialist

This role involves working on Private Equity and Hedge Funds operations, focusing on financial accounting and reporting. The successful candidate will manage fund financials, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.

• Prepare financial statements, management fee calculations, and capital call memos.

• Manage fund financial accounting, including bookkeeping and journal posting.

• Coordinate with LPs for funding distributions and prepare related memos.

• Reconcile cash transactions, track cash movements, and ensure accurate reporting.

A solid understanding of financial accounting principles, Private Equity and Hedge Funds processes, and strong analytical skills are essential for this position.
