Job Description
In this role you will partner with other lines of business internally and client working on the Change Request received from client end for Third party report setup. You will work closely with global business partners and must be diligent, inquisitive and logistical while working on Third party report set ups and assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities
Liaise with Internal stake holders back of client Third party set up requests.
Ensure SLA and agreed deadlines are met and wherever there are any challenges needs to be communicated to Client, Internal stake holders and management on immediate basis.
Partner with Client Service to resolve client inquiries as needed
Work with Operations team to understand areas of opportunities to partner and work to solution via using tools such as - Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath, Tableau etc.
Project Management
Identify operational efficiencies and areas for improvement to reduce risk and become more efficient
Partner and work on increasing base knowledge of Trade Services, Asset Services, FX and Cash products.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Sound knowledge of Products such as Trades, Asset Services, FX and Cash
Knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath etc. will be additional advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
