Use AI-enabled tools where appropriate to enhance quality and efficiency, while maintaining professional judgement and accountability
Funding knowledge management
Establish and maintain a centralised funding and submissions repository
Curate standard and reusable organisational content and supporting materials
Maintain records of submissions, outcomes and funder feedback
Funder engagement, compliance and reporting
Manage and document communications with funders
Coordinate responses to feedback and incorporate learnings into future submissions

Report to the Executive and Board on funding activity, pipeline and outcomes
About you
You are a strategic and highly organised submissions professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working collaboratively across an organisation.

What we offer
A part-time role with flexibility in when hours are worked
Hybrid working arrangements, can be based at either our Phillip or Dickson offices, with flexibility for some work to be undertaken from home in line with WCS’s flexible work arrangements and operational requirements
