We're Hiring: Fundraising Coordinator

SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) is a Mumbai-based non-profit working to improve the health, nutrition, and safety of vulnerable women and children. With 450+ staff and a presence across MMR, we drive impactful change at the grassroots and policy level.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional with a background in marketing, sales, or business development to join our fundraising team. If you’re great at building relationships, pitching ideas, and managing stakeholder engagement — this is your chance to create meaningful impact!
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pitch to CSR partners, foundations, HNIs, and retail donors
Coordinate proposals, donor communications, reports & follow-ups
Lead fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding, and donor events
Manage donor database, support site visits, and volunteer engagement
Work cross-functionally with programs, finance, and communications teams
What We’re Looking For
Postgraduate with 3–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, or business development
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
