An Elite Global firm seeking a Funds Regulatory PSL to join their London office. Working closely with the partners in a team of 15-20, this is an exciting greenfield opportunity to develop a knowledge function within the team, supporting lawyers to maintain and grow their technical knowledge and horizon-scanning for clients.
Duties include knowhow, training, BD and Strategy. The client base is the world’s leading private fund sponsors who are provided with comprehensive regulatory support on new product launches, deals and ‘bet the farm’ projects at sponsor level.
Applicants should be at least 6PQE with a strong background in FS REG/Funds. The firm offers a unique opportunity to develop a KM function whilst being paid a very attractive 6 figure salary with a work/life balance.
