Lead Furnace Cleaning Technician
A Lead HVAC Cleaning Technician provides a key role in the day-to-day operations and is an integral component of our team! All Lead HVAC Cleaning Technicians at Acclaimed! are fundamental to the organization and are counted on to provide exceptional customer service as the face of the company. This important position faces new, bold challenges every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform HVAC cleaning duties on residential, commercial, and property management job sites.
Operate various cleaning tools and materials, including the operation of a Power Vac truck.
Oversee the job performance of a cleaning assistant, when applicable.
Handle customer questions with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy.
Build a lasting professional relationship with customers by consistently displaying intelligence and expertise, sincerity and trustworthiness, and honesty and reliability.
Maintain acceptable levels of truck stock and inventory and refill stock in a timely manner when necessary.
Provide recommendations to clients on additional systems in their home that may benefit from cleaning or other services Acclaimed provides.
Interact with all Acclaimed staff in a professional and courteous manner.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Minimum 3 year experience as performing furnace & duct cleaning, and 1 year as a lead technician/operator
A valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract. (No more than 2 minor convictions in the last 3 years)
Supervisory experience of junior staff
Bondable, with no criminal record
Physical Fit
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Professional behaviour and demeanour with coworkers and customers.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable and Punctual
Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
Certification in the following would be an asset (please confirm this in your application):

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
