Job Description
• Designing furniture based on client specifications or their own creative vision.
• Selecting appropriate materials for construction, considering factors like durability, appearance, and cost.
• Using various hand and power tools to cut, shape, join, and finish wood and other materials.
• Assembling furniture components using techniques such as joinery, gluing, and fastening.
• Applying finishes such as stains, paints, varnishes, or lacquers to enhance the appearance and protect the surface of the furniture.
• Repairing damaged or worn furniture by replacing parts, reinforcing joints, or refinishing surfaces.
• Collaborating with interior designers, architects, and clients to ensure that the furniture meets aesthetic and functional requirements.
