Role Description: Furniture Designer
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Furniture Designer to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing for some work from home, tailored to meet the distinctive needs of our overseas buyers. The Furniture Designer at AGI will play a crucial role in understanding the diverse requirements of international clients, working efficiently on projects, and coordinating seamlessly with sampling teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Expertise: Utilize comprehensive skills in carpentry, furniture design, and product design to create innovative and appealing furniture designs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with our overseas buyers, understanding their needs and translating them into design concepts that align with their preferences.
• Efficiency in Project Execution: Demonstrate the ability to work on projects swiftly while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
• Coordination with Sampling Teams: Collaborate with sampling teams to bring design concepts to life, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Aesthetic and Functional Considerations: Ensure that the furniture designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and in adherence to AGI's quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in furniture design, product design, or related fields.
• Must have experience in Furniture Export Industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with international clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Product Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Desired Experience:
Experience with overseas clients, fast-paced project execution, and coordination with sampling teams, and High Quality taste in Solid Wood Furniture Designing is highly valued.
