Roles & Responsibility : -
• Design and Development: Create innovative furniture designs from concept to completion, including drafting, modeling, and rendering using Pytha and AutoCAD software.
• Conceptualization: Develop creative design concepts based on client needs, market trends, and company requirements.
• Technical Drawing: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring all designs are feasible and manufacturable.
• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods that align with design objectives and manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and manufacturability, and to resolve any technical issues.
• Prototyping: Oversee the creation of prototypes, making adjustments and refinements as necessary to meet design and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs meet the company's quality standards and adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present design concepts and modifications.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in furniture design, materials, and manufacturing technologies.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of designs, including revisions and final specifications, for future reference and production.
Qualifications:
• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Pytha and AutoCAD software is required. Experience with other design tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of furniture construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Creative Skills: Ability to develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing furniture designs.
