We looking to hire a Furniture Production Manager to handle end-to-end factory operations for particle board furniture manufacturing. The role involves production planning, cutting list preparation, material optimization, coordination with site teams, and ensuring timely dispatch with quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modular furniture production, factory workflow management, and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily factory operations for particle board furniture
• Prepare and verify cutting lists and production drawings
• Optimize material usage to minimize wastage
• Plan production schedules based on orders and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with design and site teams for execution accuracy
• Handle material planning, ordering, and inventory control
• Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory staff
• Ensure quality checks before dispatch
• Monitor dispatch and ensure on-time delivery to sites
• Maintain production reports and basic documentation
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in particle board / modular furniture production
• Knowledge of cutting list preparation and optimization
• Understanding of factory machinery and carpentry processes
• Ability to manage manpower and daily production targets
• Basic knowledge of site execution and coordination
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
• Experience in wardrobes, modular furniture, or panel-based furniture
• Prior role as Production Manager, Factory Manager, or Operations Manager
Education
• Minimum: S.S.C. or equivalent
• Diploma or practical technical experience preferred
Notice Period
• Up to 1 month preferred
