Qualifications
Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2026 and May 2026
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Experience using SEO (search engine optimization)
Knowledge of different marketing channels
Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individually
Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset
Takes interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes
Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities
Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications
Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office
Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds
Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator
Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages
Standing is required for filing and copying

Program Summary:
Lennar's Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program is a 1-year, entry-level program beginning in June, in which associates engage in significant projects, leveraging next-gen technology to provide innovative solutions across the company, industry, and beyond.
