As a Future Cosmetology Professional Advisor, you will be essential in creating and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
You will act as the liaison between the management team and the student body, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Your day will involve coaching and providing accountability to our Future Professionals, helping them stay on track with their attendance, academics, and overall performance
You will manage important schedules, including the education calendar, clinic floor staffing calendar, and the annual team education training calendar
Consistently upholding the school's policies and systems, you will offer support to both students and staff while planning for improvements when necessary
