Job Description
1. Accounting knowledge in finalization of Balance Sheets and P&L accounts.
2. Balance Sheet with standalone and consolidated and presenting to the board.
3. Preparation of yearly budget and MIS. Preparation of SOP to the Company.
4. Knowledge in Direct Taxes and Indirect taxes.
5. Working Capital management.
6. Quarterly reports and year ending balance sheet & P&L accounts to Audit Committee,
Board of Directors, and Conducting AGM.
7. Due Diligence knowledge.
8. Dealing with Private equity players.
+. Knowledge/Experience in Banking, Income tax and representing before the authorities in
Scrutiny assessments, Consolidation of accounts as per the Accounting Standards.
Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA.
Total experience: 25 Yrs to 30 Yrs.
Relevant industry experience (Infrastructure Projects- Roads/Highways/Bridges/Flyovers etc.,) : Minimum 10 Yrs.
