Job Description
This role is responsible for the following:
1) Manage merchant desk flows for key branches and ensuring correct position management for each branch
2) Maintain and manage relationships with customers
3) To generate more business through innovative ideas and to maximize profits in the existing portfolio
4) Ability to build meaningful engagements with clients as well as key internal stakeholders
5) Accurate client and inter-bank covers and correct input into Front Office systems
6) Supporting sales staff in upskilling client relationship to Options, swaps
7) Maintain key MIS and always ensure sharing of correct data with stakeholders
8) Keep critical databases always updated to ensure correct internal reporting
+) Be conscious of ways to improve internal processes, including system improvements
