We are looking for dedicated people to be a part of our Banking Operations team at our Site in Pune, India. The Operations team provides a variety of services to support our banking business globally, including trade support, trade settlements & payments, reconciliations, corporate actions support and financial instrument maintenance. Global Cash Settlements as a part of the Global Operations team collaborates daily with Global Cash Management, Front Office, Trade Management and many other important internal Credit Suisse departments as well as with back-office teams from other banks and corporate institutions from all over the world. Settlement process for structured notes. Payments processing for coupons, FLP, VFN and SPV trades. Taking care of custody payments, also by manual payments via AMH Monitoring and processing unwind and triggers, sending notification to paying agents Collaborating with Trade Management and MO teams to make sure all trades are booked accurately and in line with clients Cooperating with other teams (Control Hub, Cash Management, MO/FO) to resolve breaks, make sure all outstanding issues are resolved in accurate manner and in SLA Possibility to work with international partners to come up with new ideas to improve the process, reduce risks and costs, save time and increase efficiency of the daily cooperation tasks Handle reconciliation of accounts controlling tasks to assure the trades/bookings/cash flows have been processed as per the request and in accordance with applied policies Handle other tasks assigned by the team leader unless they are contrary to the law or the contract of employment Your future colleagues We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global cultural values
